Payment of registration fees (US Dollars) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card:
VISA and MasterCard only
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
By Bank Transfer:
Information will be provided by the Registration Department.
Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
Please note that there is $40 handling fee.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Registration Department
  • Up to 60 days prior to Conference start – Full refund less $50 handling fee
  • Up to 30 days prior to Conference start – 70% refund less $50 handling fee
  • Less than 30 days prior to Conference start – No refund
